The objective of the case is to illustrate a market shaper's strategic challenges of staying innovative in a rapidly changing industry in a developing market environment with strong boundary conditions. Also the case illustrates the internal challenges of professionalising a company with significant creative forces and an entrepreneurial culture.

Pedagogical Objectives:
The case can be used to discuss the following topics: Growth strategies in a maturing market, creating and maintaining an innovative culture, transitioning from an entrepreneurial to a professional organization, specifics dynamics of the Middle Eastern market. The professor can select 1-2 of these topics or use the case to illustrate how these things hang together.
